Paid Flights: Clients are welcome to choose a preferred flight that they would like to use for transporting their pets. We will work with the client to ensure that their preferred flight is available and book the ticket accordingly.
If the client does not have a preferred flight, we will work to find the most suitable and cost-effective flight for the pet's transportation needs. The cost of the ticket will be based on the current market rate for the selected flight. We will work closely with the client to ensure that the flight schedule meets their needs and that their pet is transported safely and comfortably.
Despite careful planning, unforeseen circumstances such as flight delays or cancellations may occur, requiring your pet to stay overnight or arrive later than expected. In such cases, our dedicated pet nanny will arrange accommodations at a suitable hotel and promptly work to secure the earliest available flight the following morning. Rest assured, we will maintain clear communication with you throughout, ensuring your pet's comfort and well-being during any disruptions to travel plans.
Both Ground and Air Transportation can be affected by several factors that are beyond our control, such as traffic, weather conditions, and delayed/overbooked flights. In some cases, our pet nanny may need to adjust the route or schedule to ensure that the pets are transported safely and efficiently. This may result in a slight delay in the arrival time.

If we are unable to provide services to a client, we will work closely with them to understand their specific pet transportation needs and preferences. We will then search our network of affiliates to find a company that can provide the required services.
We will provide the client with all the necessary information about the affiliate company, including their contact details and pricing, and we will facilitate the booking process. We will also ensure that the client's pet transportation needs are met by the affiliate company.
Working with our network of affiliates allows us to provide a broader range of pet transportation services to our clients and ensures that their pet transportation needs are always met, even if we cannot provide services directly.

1. Full Refund Policy: We offer a full refund for cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled transportation. However, please note that refunds are issued at our discretion.

3. Discretionary Refunds: In certain cases where cancellations occur within the 48-hour window or other unforeseen circumstances arise, we may consider issuing refunds on a case-by-case basis. Our aim is to be understanding and accommodating to your unique situation.
