Mypetshipper Transportation Agreement

 Please read the agreement below in full before submitting. This outlines all terms, conditions, and expectations for your pet’s transportation service. By submitting, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms provided. Please review all details carefully before booking. If you have any questions or need clarification, contact us prior to submission so we can assist you. 

 

Mypetshipper Transportation Agreement

This Transportation Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Mypetshipper.com (“Company”) and the client (“Client”) for the transportation of the Client’s pet(s).

1. Services Provided

Mypetshipper provides private pet transportation services by ground and air travel. Transportation services may include:

  • Private Door-to-Door Ground Transportation 
  • Confirmed In-Cabin Air Transportation 
  • VIP Confirmed In-Cabin Air Transportation 

All services are arranged based on the details provided by the Client at the time of booking.

2. Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required at the time of booking to secure the transportation date.

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled transportation date to cover all necessary travel and transportation arrangements. If full payment is not received by the provided due date, transportation pricing may be subject to change based on current travel and market rates.

For transportation scheduled within 30 days of departure, both the deposit and full payment are required at the time of booking.

3. Refund Policy

Clients may qualify for a refund up to 72 hours before transportation, at the discretion of Mypetshipper.

Please note that any non-refundable expenses incurred during the booking process cannot be refunded. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Flights 
  • Deposit
  • Hotel accommodations 
  • Rental vehicles 
  • Airline pet fees 
  • Other transportation-related expenses 

Where applicable, Mypetshipper may offer a credit toward a future transportation service in place of a refund.

Approved refunds may take approximately 7–14 business days, depending on the airline, payment processor, or financial institution.

4. Date Changes & Pricing Adjustments

If transportation dates or details are changed after booking, additional fees or fare differences may apply. These adjustments are outside of Mypetshipper’s control and are based on current market pricing, travel availability, fuel costs, airline rates, lodging, and other transportation-related expenses.

Transportation pricing may also change if any booking details are modified, including but not limited to:

  • Pickup or drop-off locations 
  • Transportation dates or times 
  • Pet size or age 
  • Number of pets 
  • Aggressive behavior or temperament 
  • Special handling requests 

5. Delays & Cancellations

Unexpected delays, weather conditions, airline disruptions, or cancellations may occur during transportation.

If overnight accommodations are required, the pet attendant or transporter will arrange a pet-friendly hotel and continue transportation using the next available flight or travel option. Mypetshipper will maintain communication with the Client throughout the process and prioritize the pet’s comfort, safety, and well-being at all times.

Estimated pickup, drop-off, and arrival times are not guaranteed and may change due to circumstances outside of our control.

6. Pet Requirements & Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide accurate information regarding their pet(s), including:

  • Breed 
  • Age 
  • Weight 
  • Temperament 
  • Medical conditions 
  • Medication requirements 

Clients are fully responsible for any incidents caused by aggressive behavior or undisclosed medical or behavioral conditions.

If a pet requires medication, the Client assumes full responsibility for providing proper instructions and all necessary supplies.

Mypetshipper reserves the right to refuse transportation for pets displaying unsafe or aggressive behavior.

7. Safety & Transportation Standards

Mypetshipper follows all applicable state laws, federal laws, and regulations under the Animal Welfare Act.

Private ground transportation is conducted using professionally rented, climate-controlled passenger vehicles operated by our transport team. This allows for safe, direct, and individualized travel for each pet without exposure to other animals during ground transport.

Clients are encouraged to provide a crate or a properly fitted harness that can be secured to a seatbelt during transport.

Life360 tracking may be offered during private ground transportation services to provide clients with real-time location updates.

8. Insurance

Mypetshipper maintains PetCare insurance coverage for qualifying incidents where the Company is determined to be at fault. Coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations of the insurance provider.

9. Liability

While Mypetshipper takes every reasonable precaution to ensure safe transportation, the Client understands that pet transportation carries inherent risks.

Mypetshipper is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing medical conditions 
  • Stress-related illness or injury 
  • Airline or weather delays 
  • Events outside of our control 
  • Undisclosed behavioral issues 

The Client assumes full responsibility for their pet(s) during transportation and agrees to release Mypetshipper from liability except in cases of proven negligence.

10. Agreement Acknowledgment

By filling out the form above, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
